Escalation and Advocacy

Simultaneously, we reached out to Nodal Officers and escalated the matter to higher authorities, including Grievance Redressal. Utilizing social media as a powerful tool, we filed multiple Twitter complaints daily, demanding activation of Do Not Disturb (DND) for the client’s number. With strategic hashtags and tagging relevant authorities, the tweets gained significant attention, putting pressure on the banks to respond.

Relief and Validation

The outcome was promising. The incessant calls reduced by nearly 90%, bringing immense relief to the client and validating the effectiveness of our actions. It serves as a testament to the power of advocacy and utilizing available channels to address injustice.
